Rescue groups cannot run without the help of foster carers.We rely heavily on foster carers as they can provide loving home environments whist dogs or cats are recovering from surgery, requiring behavioral help or simply waiting for their forever homes.
Here at T.L.C. Rescue we work closely with our foster carers to ensure that our animals get the best possible start to life.
Naturally, all required veterinary medical expenses are covered by T.L.C. Rescue Inc.
